Summer Brew

In preparation for our expected line of visitors this spring / summer we have started brewing beer again. This is one is called Summer Brew.

Here’s Chris syphoning a brew mixture out of the fermenting jug into a bucket. We will then wash the jug and fill it with beer again. It’s called a ’secondary ferment’ and allows us to get rid of the sediment. The last step in the process is bottling which will happen in a week or so.
