Sunday dinner

Rising a little late this morning after an evening with our female guests I got to visit my sister Ingrid at her place along with her partner Chris and their daughter Nicole.

Chris and Ingrid, or Inky as we call her were busy getting ready for Christmas as it a pretty big deal over here. Poor Chris has a chest infection so I passed on Jeffrey Skolnick’s remedy of a spoonful of raw garlic.

Chris busy cleaning. Chris told me he’s very particular about his household cleaning products ( he has an impressive selection ) and also is very fond of creating delicious dishes. He’s arranging a typical Jamaican dinner for me next week! Ya man.

On the way to my mum’s house I stepped out at a local park for a stroll and watched the sun go down over the lake.

Dinner was delicious!…roast chicken, roast potatos, carrots, parsnips, brussel sprouts.

Definitely I’m looking forward to being more active in Asia. Eating and drinking is fun but right now I’m not moving much more than the mouse.

Back at Chris’s place Anil, Chris’s roomate has returned with Pria, Zoe and Michele from an eating binge and we are watching Fight Club.
