Off to Bali
By Donovan | PermalinkMy honeymoon officially begins tonight, as I depart Portland and head off to meet Nick in Bali. My wife Carrie (that feels weird to say) and I have never been to SE Asia and are very excited to travel somewhere new, especially a place that is known to have good food. Nick said we might go visit Gili islands off the coast of Lombok. If anyone has any recommendations on places to visit, things to see, let me know now; otherwise, I will surfing Baliblog for all my travel info.

Hey Donovan,
Have a wonderful time with your new wife! Eat some of that great indonesian food for me while you’re there and I can’t wait to hear about the trip when you get back. I’m sure Nick knows all the best spots but I have heard the northern beaches of Bali are great and less crowded than Kuta.
