A great position for someone wanting to learn the ins and outs of running a large, successful hostel. Learn everything from managing reception to housekeeping to running tours.

Looking for someone with good people skills, an upbeat personality, money handling experience, fun ideas, self confidence and strong work ethic. Previous international travel and hostelling experience (as a guest or staff) a must. Multiple language skills a plus but not required.

Assistant manager gets own room with shared bath, free internet, free laundry and a weekly stipend commensurate on experience, plus a fun and casual working environment.
