U.S. students say press freedoms go too far

This article makes me sick to my stomach: U.S. students say press freedoms go too far. Sean thinks the kids don’t know what they’re talking about….I think that’s scarier than anything else.

That’s right, Court. Kids don’t know what they’re saying and it is frightening.

Education, education, education.

You’re right…that is scary.

But I think the article draws the wrong conclusion. It seems like the writer thinks more education about your constitution and rights it entails is necessary. It seems to me to be more important to educate students about history, both at home and abroad, and what happens when there is no right to free speech, press, etc.
