Tri It!
This really has nothing to do with what’s going on in the office, but some of you may recall that a few months ago I posted about Pacific Crest Half-Ironman in June. In order to prepare, I have been training a whole bunch and this weekend did my first triathlon. It was a 500 yard swim, 12 mile bike (20 k) and 3.1 mile run (5k). It went really well and I’m psyched to do a longer one in May, also to prepare. The picture below is of me after finishing the bike, getting ready for the run.

All the best Court. Keep up the efforts,we know you can do it!
What time did you do?
Way to go, Court! We’re with you!
My time was a not-so-fabulous 1:16, but still nothing too shabby either. I placed 36 out of 134. For my first tri, I’ll take it.

BootBlog is the company blog of the BootsnAll Travel Network, a company that has been connecting travellers since 1998. Our goal is to inspire, educate and cultivate an organic community of independent travellers. But what does that mean? Well, we love to travel and we love to connect other travellers who have the desire to get out and see this great world of ours.
