By Sean | Permalink |I wrote about tips for avoiding jet-lag a few weeks ago on my RTW trip. I have been back for 8 days now and I am still waking up at 3 or 4 am every morning - with that, you are not gonna sleep anymore feeling. Just wondering when it might end.
I wish I had a travel tip for this one. It’s also good to be humbled by my own strategies.

I know what you are saying..
I had dinner with a friend the other night and she has never seen me not jet lagged!
