Humbled by Jet Lag

By Sean | Permalink | 3 comments | May 12th, 2005 | Trackback

I wrote about tips for avoiding jet-lag a few weeks ago on my RTW trip. I have been back for 8 days now and I am still waking up at 3 or 4 am every morning - with that, you are not gonna sleep anymore feeling. Just wondering when it might end.

I wish I had a travel tip for this one. It’s also good to be humbled by my own strategies. :-)

“I refer to jet lag as ‘jet-psychosis’ — there’s an old saying that the spirit cannot move faster than a camel.” - Santiz

Next time you leave Bali mate, I am going to get that ‘list’ out and make sure when you get on the plane you have absolutely no energy left.
