I am a concierge with a Best Western Hotel outside of the Grand Canyon in Arizona. I always look forward to your reporting and your comments. I am very appreciative of your trying to keep things in perspective for world travelers. We have over 5 million visitors in this area and a good portion of them come from places all over the world.
