What a sham!
According to http://www.shoppbs.org/sm-pbs-journey-of-man-dvd–pi-1402989.html
All Men share common links to the Kalahari Bushmen of Africa.
If prerequisties to obtaining special dispensations are based on genetic heritage to some disadvantaged groups, then All men should gain special dispensation.
It seems a bit of a leap in logic to give positive special attention to people of a certain genetic composition, because of negative special attentioni they may have (or someone in their their near or distant history) may have received.
I am sure at some point in history one of my ancestors was wronged on the basis of their genetic markers by some group of people or country. As I also have those genetic markers, should I not be compensated?
