Sunglasses put jet lag in shade

Now the next time someone gives you crap about wearing sunglasses on an airplane, you can tell them it’s all for the sake of recovery.

Scientists in Scotland have determined that wearing the sun blockers helps to ‘trick’ your body’s biological clock…and thus better adjust to jet leg from long haul flights.
