Boot Office World Cup Distraction

With half the office in Germany drinking beer and working on the BnA World Cup website, us in Portland are showing our supporting by sitting in front of the 48-inch screen stuck on ESPN or ESPN2, screaming obscenities at the US while we check email, try to work on a project, or, if you’re me, write a BootBlog post.

We’ve been pretty fired up watching the US-Ghana match, with plenty of groans at the US near misses. Jessie tried to show her support, saying at least we were getting close. As Brett put it, ‘we’re all about moral victories’. I’m more about a win, at this point.
