Ad Sales and Marketing Manager for BootsnAll

BootsnAll Travel Network seeks a motivated, dynamic sales and marketing executive to develop a sales plan for our travel web sites, and to manage and sell advertising space. Qualified candidates will not only love travel, but also possess a strong work ethic, ability to build a client base, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:
Generating advertising leads
Creating sales & marketing plans
Help build client base
Foster relationships with advertisers
Track contracts and negotiate
Work with staff to ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate with other staff on marketing efforts
Travel on behalf of BootsnAll to acquire new business relationships

Requirements:
Proven track record in sales
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Solid organizational skills
Experience in the realm of travel ad sales a plus
Experience in sales and marketing in general is required
Working in a small company where you have a huge influence gets you excited
