BootsnAll is hosting a travel author reading in Portland on Thursday, August 25. Please mark your calendars and let us know if you can come. Brandon Wilson, author of Yak Butter Blues, walked 650 miles across Tibet with his wife and their horse, following an ancient trail that has been closed to travelers for the last 55 years.

Brandon chronicled his journey and will share his amazing adventures, reading from his book and showing slides from 6:00 to 7:30 at Costello’s Travel Caffe on NE Broadway in Portland. Don’t be late!

To learn more about Brandon, read an interview.

Please RSVP donovan@BootsnAll.com if you can come. We look forward to seeing you.

What is BootBlog?

BootBlog is the company blog of the BootsnAll Travel Network, a company that has been connecting travellers since 1998. Our goal is to inspire, educate and cultivate an organic community of independent travellers. But what does that mean? Well, we love to travel and we love to connect other travellers who have the desire to get out and see this great world of ours. BootBlog will showcase what is going on around the office, around the company and within our community of travellers.
