Growing up – making mistakes…
Last week was really a great week. Lots of new membership applications came in, coffee every morning with the boyz, Brian was in town for a trip down memory lane.
There was a first last week, and I really feel bad because of it. No, not the “pity party” bad, just the shucks, I’m gonna kick some more arse next time….
We lost our first consulting client.
After nearly 4 years, a client left us for “performance reasons”. We did everything we could and more to make it work, but in the end, it just didn’t.
It is a very humbling experience. I am still confident that we provide great service and value to our current and future clients (Just ask ‘em). This one just didn’t work out and me pops says not to loose to much sleep over it. Just learn from it, don’t burn a bridge (we didn’t!), and go get ‘em next time.

I think I’m overdue for bringing in some fresh meat…Lemme see what I can do.
Keep at it! If anyone wants a reference, I can vouch for top notch excellent service.
What is BootBlog?
BootBlog is the company blog of the BootsnAll Travel Network, a company that has been connecting travellers since 1998. Our goal is to inspire, educate and cultivate an organic community of independent travellers. But what does that mean? Well, we love to travel and we love to connect other travellers who have the desire to get out and see this great world of ours. BootBlog will showcase what is going on around the office, around the company and within our community of travellers.Top Categories
