It'll be good to get back to your pad and have another porch party. I like your house and the neighborhood you are in. Eugene seems a lifetime ago, and except for the people we enjoyed, I'm glad none of us are still there. A healthy and happy balance between ourselves, relationships, work, travel, friends and family -- I believe there is a place where that huge dream can happen. It sounds like you are very close to having it all. And yeah, yeah, I know. Be in the now, appreciate everything we have, but look to the future and create a better tomorrow. I'm trying.
