I hope I don’t have SARS

by Sean on January 30, 2004    |    5 Comments »

Woke up this morning feeling like absolute crap.

After taking a China Airlines flight through Taipai and what I think might be the heart of SARS country, I hope I do not have it. A few folks were wearing the SARS masks on the plane…maybe I should have?

I don’t think I have it to be honest, but when I am feeling sick like this on the way back from Asia…I wonder. Maybe the cold weather and jet lag together make it feel like I’m sick.

I felt really shitty over Christmas, a couple of weeks after seeing you guys in Bali, no energy, blurry vision.
I didn’t go to the doctor but probably should have, get yourself looked at for peace of mind.

Yes, eb and Chris, Sean needs to be checked out.

Peace of mind, peace of body.

Love you, Sean.

People in Asia tend to wear masks all winter though … I think it is fabulous. Instead of coughing and breathing germs all over your colleagues, wear a mask and keep your illness to yourself :) Asians also wear them to combat pollution and hay fever. Anyone not familiar with the custom tends to freak out though.

Glad to hear you’re feeling better :)

What is BootBlog?

BootBlog is the company blog of the BootsnAll Travel Network, a company that has been connecting travellers since 1998. Our goal is to inspire, educate and cultivate an organic community of independent travellers. But what does that mean? Well, we love to travel and we love to connect other travellers who have the desire to get out and see this great world of ours. BootBlog will showcase what is going on around the office, around the company and within our community of travellers.
