Lance Armstrong Stage win News Flashes

When I read this play-by-play, it brought tears to my eyes while drinking my morning coffee. To follow a man with such determination and set-of-balls, it just freakin awesome.

I hope that I have a big enough set of nutz to metaphorically crash my bike before the final climb and still have enough in to win. But I reckon we all have moments like this in our life…

Do we?

1) Cry and just quit

or

2) Get back on the bike and kick some arse

The choice is yours and mine.

Armstrong hasn’t looked as strong as in the previous four wins, a lot of the other guys have been trying to attack him, but you have to say he’s got more guts than anybody.

Even the French fans have been cheering him this year, finally coming to appreciate the best.

That is what is so great about following the race this year…it is a close race and he is not as dominant as the previous few stages show…

It would be great todo a tour de france blog one year, no?

Chris Heidrich just told me that Lance does not have balls since his testicular cancer. I forgot about that….I was not referring to his actual testicles or lack thereof…but good point Chris.

Armstrong is a machine. The adrenalin must have been pumping to mount a comeback like.

A Tour De France Blog would be fantastic.
It’s one of those events where the drama really grows over the three weeks, its international with riders from everywhere, and its probably shown all around the world.

The Tour is one of the sporting events I really look forward to each year.

Discipline, determination, lots and lots of grueling hard work, confidence, boundless physical energy fueled by a strong mental attitude and a feel for what you’re doing are key to all greatness – both known and unknown.

Armstrong is one amazing machine.
