What was your first passport stamp?
England.

What keeps you coming back to BootsnAll?
I try to give back some of what I learned or enjoyed while on my trip, look for ideas for my next one whatever it will be, and most of all the people. Its fun to hang around with similar minded people and swap both fun and deep ideas with them. There is always something new to make you laugh or make you think.

Is there a destination you have really liked in spite of it having a poor reputation?
I don’t know that it has a poor reputation but I when planning I overlooked Malaysia. I flew into Singapore and was headed to Thailand. As I was leaving the Malaysia I realized how much more I would have liked to have seen of it. It was right at the start of the overseas part of my trip so I learned from that and slowed down.

Do you have any upcoming trips? Where is next on your list?
Galapagos/Ecuador in the 2 weeks before the party!

What is a place you’ve been to that you would go back to tomorrow given the chance?
Laos. Boundary Waters in Minnesota.

How many miles will you be travelling to be at the BootsnAll Party?
2000 miles.

What kind of boots do you have?
Montrail.

Any tips you found on BootsnAll or from other members on the forums that helped you on a trip?
Don’t doubt it. Do it!

Have you been to a BootsnAll party before? If so, what survival tips can you offer to any newbies?
First timer, so be nice to me.
