Nope – not planned as far as I know.
I have an open invitation to BNA members that I will give a free San Francisco tour in exchange for lunch.
HTV actually took me up on it.
SHe called me on my cell so I stopped by her hostel (during my work day) just for a bit, then returned after my shift and took her to see the Golden Gate Bridge, Ft. Point, The Cliff House, Ft. Baker, The Presidio, etc. We finished the nickel with the best burger in town at Original Joe’s on Taylor.
I had the Original Joe’s Mishmash special a few years ago – ugh – I shoulda had the burger…looked way better than the onions and ground beef. Let’s go back for the burger next time.
Sean, nice talkin’ to ya. and you should definitely get the burger! It was outstanding… and it was so huge that I couldnt even finish it, which is amazing in its own right.
I also highly recommend the Joe E tour. Not only do you get to see a bunch of cool places, but w/ the coolest cabbie in SF. Joe, greeting meeting you… and thanks for the tour!
Burgers – I love ‘em…2 recommendations is all I need. Glad you enjoyed it Helga and hope to do the same one day soon meself!
What is BootBlog?
BootBlog is the company blog of the BootsnAll Travel Network, a company that has been connecting travellers since 1998. Our goal is to inspire, educate and cultivate an organic community of independent travellers. But what does that mean? Well, we love to travel and we love to connect other travellers who have the desire to get out and see this great world of ours. BootBlog will showcase what is going on around the office, around the company and within our community of travellers.Top Categories

It's been awhile since we had a BootsnAll member stop by the office. However, thank to a recent post on the message boards wondering where the Boots Crew were these days, we managed to arrange lunch with Bideshi, aka Mike (blue shirt below).
