Project Manager in Portland, Oregon: We’re Hiring

Project Manager/Database Design/Lead Developer
The BootsnAll Travel Network (BTN) is looking for a Project Manager that has some serious web development skillz.
What will the job be:
- Managing a team of overseas developers.
- Designing and planning databases
- Final QA and implementation
- Coding on development projects
- Participate in the technical planning and strategy stage of BTN projects
- Motivating and cultivating relationships with folks inside and outside of BTN
Skills needed:
- Database Design and Query Optimization
- Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP (LAMP)
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with people in multiple time zones
- Ability to Prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude. You want to learn, grow, and share.
- Can give and receive constructive criticism
- A love of programming and web-based applications
- Fluent using Subversion
Pluses:
- CSS / HTML Expert
- Web Design experience
- Understanding of basic SEO principles
- Knowledge of social networks and web marketing
- Love of Travel, Cultures, and People
Time Frame:
This is a full-time, salaried position available immediately
Preference will go to applicants in Portland, OR or willing to move here.
