Recap and Photos of Chris Party
Chris called me from LAX at 5:15 telling me that he missed his connection. The next one was three hours later. I quickly got off the phone and let people know and everyone responded as Court already mentioned. It went off great…the main thing of course, he was totally surprised and lotsa American girls kissed him as came in.
Acadia provided some appetizers. Salami, Cheese, Crawfish/Shrimp Potato Salad

Looks like a good time. I’m sorry it turned out to be so late and we missed but maybe you should plan another welcome home party!
One question though Sean…you buy Pinotage wine but drink PBR????? Interesting contrast!
Rhonda, about the PBR… my take is that it’s one little way for Sean to stay true to his Midwestern roots
I agree completely Freesia…but, being from the midwest myself I feel it’s my responsibility to give him a hard time about the quality of the beer he drinks here in the home of the microw-brew!!!
Glad your back Chris!!! we still have to plan our skirt night out. Sean nice choice on the PBR. Hope to see you guys soon!!
Mark
Welcome back Chris. Man you guys have found some classy friends since I left.
Sean I think you’ve secured the title of ‘Best looking Boots Man’.
Nick, you will meet most of them on your return to the mainland this year so you can see for yourself how “classy” they are.
You’re letting Nick come back?
Can’t really keep Nick out…. its that whole “tired, poor, huddled masses” nonsense….
chris is doing dirty things with the kangaroo!!!!
He’s a ‘roo rat’.
Lets, we were consenting mammals and no one got hurt
The Kangaroo has since decided that she “just wants to be friends…”

BootBlog is the company blog of the BootsnAll Travel Network, a company that has been connecting travellers since 1998. Our goal is to inspire, educate and cultivate an organic community of independent travellers. But what does that mean? Well, we love to travel and we love to connect other travellers who have the desire to get out and see this great world of ours. BootBlog will showcase what is going on around the office, around the company and within our community of travellers.Top Categories

One of the things that tends to happen when I talk to people about my job at BootsnAll is the, "Oh, you're so lucky!" moment. I do consider myself extremely fortunate to be able to write about travel every day - to do something I love so much that work doesn't feel …

Those of you who read the BootBlog may remember my recent musings on how online friends become real-life friends. What some of you who read that article may not know is that I heard from several BootsnAll members after it was published who said, "Yeah, that's interesting and all, but we've been doing that for years now." And it's … [Read more]

Awhile back I posted here about getting into the Boston Globe Travel Show for free. Turns out that was for the trade conference during the day on Friday Feb 19th, not the travel show for regular consumers like you and me that runs from the evening of Friday, February 19 to …

Thanks for sharing the pics. I especially like the 3 Monkeys - proof that you drink only quality beer.
