Travel Writing Contest on Business Travel Logue
Carrie over at the Business Travel Logue has put together a travel writing contest. Entering is pretty simple, just email her with your greatest travel transportation story - the donkey ride over high mountain passes, the nighttime bus ride with no headlights on the opposite side of the road, that sort of thing.
Prizes are pretty sweet too. The Grand Prize is a package including the companion book to the Long Way Down series by Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman, and the CD soundtrack. The two runners up will receive the CD soundtrack.
