What was your first passport stamp?
Germany.

How did you find BootsnAll, &/or what attracted you to it?
I got to talking travel with the bartender at Bombay Cricket Club (Nicole), who recommended that I check it out.

What keeps you coming back to BootsnAll?
The constant aching desire to load up my daypack, MAX out to PDX, and hop on the big silver bird to someplace with warm sand, spicy cuisine and fresh-squeezed OJ.

Is there a destination have you really liked in spite of it having a poor reputation?
Um … no. Most poor reputations I’ve found are richly deserved.

Do you have any upcoming trips? Where is next on your list?
Sydney and straight up to Indonesia to kick back for six weeks.

What is a place you’ve been to that you would go back to tomorrow given the chance?
Bangkok!

How many miles will you be travelling to be at the BootsnAll Party?
Measured less in miles than in blocks. I’ll be coming from Ladd’s Addition.

What kind of boots do you have?
Very OLD boots.

Any tips you found on BootsnAll or from other members on the forums that helped you on a trip?
Not yet, but I need to start checking - I leave for Australia and Indonesia in nine weeks.

Have you been to a BootsnAll party before? If so, what survival tips can you offer to any newbies?
I am that newbie, and at your mercy.
