Join the BootsnAll Customer Panel

In our never-ending quest to make BootsnAll the best travel destination on the Web, we’re looking for a few good travelers to join our customer panel. BNA’s customer panel is a volunteer group of people who provide feedback on their BootsnAll experience to help us make decisions about how to improve our site.
Why should I join?
Because you all — the members, visitors, and customers — are the real experts when it comes to BootsnAll, and we need your input! Here’s your chance to share your opinions, advice, and gripes about our site and help us make it better.
What’s in it for me?
A warm fuzzy feeling of pride and generosity. If that’s not enough, we’ll gladly reward your efforts with a $20 Amazon gift certificate, once you’ve completed the interview(s).
What kind of people are you looking for?
We’re looking for a cross-section of BootsnAll users. That means anyone from die-hard members, to deal hunters, to casual browsers is encouraged to apply. Depending on the response, we may not be able to accept everyone who applies.
What do I do as a member?
Once you’re an official member of the panel, Donna–our panel facilitator–will conduct an interview about your overall BootsnAll experience. This interview will take place either via e-mail or through a chat application like Skype (preferred). If we have follow-up questions, we may get in touch with you again, but the process shouldn’t take more than 3 sessions.
How do I join?
Send an e-mail to “donna (at) bootsnall (dot) com” with “Customer Panel” in the subject line, and the following information:
- Nationality / Country of Residence
- Are you a BNA member and/or Insider?
- About how often do you visit BNA?
- What part(s) of the site do you visit regularly?
- 3 words/phrases that describe your travel interests (for example: adventure, Asia, round the world, budget, business, work abroad)
What’s the small print?
We won’t share your private information with any third party. Panel members will never be asked to buy anything, or sent any offers unless requested. Answers will not be anonymous, but will be strictly between each panel member and the facilitator. We may contact you again in the future for further interviews and you may decide to participate or decline at that point.
